Deck Command is the flagship FatHead Software platform — a modular aquatics operations system designed to help programs manage students, employees, swim lessons, attendance, pool programming, scheduling, exports, and future multi-location operations. Deck Command has completed Phase 2 and is now in beta testing.
Deck Command is being tested for pools, swim schools, recreation facilities, aquatic departments, and organizations that need a better way to manage programs, employees, lessons, attendance, and facility operations.
Phase 2 is complete and Deck Command is now in beta testing. The current platform focuses on employees, students, swim lessons, private lessons, pool programming, attendance, scheduling, and exportable records.
Each module is designed to support a specific part of aquatics operations while working together as one platform.
Manage employees, instructors, lifeguards, roles, permissions, contact information, and future employee workflows.
Track students, guardian information, notes, enrollment details, lesson history, and participation across multiple programs.
Manage group lessons, private lessons, developmental swim team style programs, lesson templates, instructors, and student enrollment.
Plan lessons, view instructor availability, block unavailable days, define class days, and prepare future calendar-based scheduling tools.
Track attendance statuses and support future card scanning workflows that automatically mark swimmers present.
Define pools, divide pools into zones, name lanes or areas, and book pool space for lessons, teams, rentals, closures, and events.
Prepare data import and export workflows for records, reporting, backups, and administrative review.
Future support for organizations with multiple locations, super user oversight, and location-level access.
The first version focuses on core day-to-day operations. Future versions can expand into customer portals, email notifications, cloud storage, reporting dashboards, payments, and organization-wide management.
